About Brian

Brian has over 14 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and their parents. His training began at the University at Buffalo with children with attention-deficit and behavioral problems, and has grown to include both children and adults.

Sometimes you are looking for more than compassionate listening. Brian's therapeutic style involves being active as well as compassionate - a therapist willing to challenge and work together to uncover new ways of thinking, feeling, and living.

He believes that when we take the first step towards facing our challenges, they become less scary and intimidating. Brian recognizes the importance of meeting a client where they are at: whether an adult unsure of how things will get better, a reluctant teenager, or a family looking for problems to shrink and relief from stress at home.

Brian believes that research and God's principles work hand in hand. When techniques that are proven to be effective are combined with the power and love of God, we can take noticeable steps towards our best selves.
